My objective is to capture the Action of the Race or Fight.
Craig Radcliffe Photography has been taking quality Motorsport images since 2012. Initially taking photographs for my brother Grant Radcliffe's Drag Racing Team.
In 2012 was my first major Motorsport Event taking Photographs trackside at Hidden Valley Drag Strip for Slamfest. I got the chance to take Photos of some of Australia's most competitve Doorslammer drivers.
From 2013 to 2017 I had the great fortune to be a trackside photographer at Hidden Valley Drag Strip for the
Australian National Drag Racing Association (ANDRA) Pro Series. I was trackside when Hidden Valley had its first 5 second pass. Also in 2017 I also was an official photographer for the IHRA Thunder 400 Series for both Willowbank 50th Winternationals in Queensland and Nitro Up North in Darwin, NT. On both these occasions I was again fortunate to photograph Australia's most competitive Drag Racers in Top Alcohol, Doorslammers and Nitro Fuelled Top Bikes. At Willowbank I photographed Damien Harris with Rapisarda International Top Fuel when he completed Australia's quickest 1/4 mile pass at 4.44 seconds at Willowbank.
In 2015 and 2016 I was also affiliated with Speedway Australia taking photos for Northline Speedway. This period included covering the Chariots of Thunder events and Australian 360 Sprintcar Championship round in Darwin. Also speedway gave me my first cover page photo on the famous NT News newspaper when Lindsay Allwright spectacularly rolled his Junior Sedan.
2018 is looking great as now I am an accredited media official for the Confederation of Australian Motorsports (CAMS) which has affiliated organisations such as ANDRA, V8 Supercars, IPRANT and NAMSC, TERRA, TEDA, Australian Karting Association and TEMRA. I am also looking forward to more action photography with Gazzanats, Boxing NT, Ice Hockey, Fury Fight Nights, King of the Ring Kickboxing as well as a few other Contact Sports. I will also be continuing my usual affiliation with Hidden Valley Drag Strip.
The 2019 Arafura Games gave me the opportunity to take Action Photos of the Muay Thai Tournament (Thai Boxing) for the Governing Body for Muay Thai Amatuer. My photos were utililised for media releases by the IFMA - International Federation of Muay Thai Amatuer and its affiliated associations. The IFMA were the sanctioning body managing Arafura Games Muay Thai Tournament.
