Training in Thailand - October 2011

In October 2011 Sensei Craig Radcliffe and the students of Radcliffe College of Self Defence and Filipino Martial Arts embarked on a training trip to Phuket Thailand to train at the world famous gym, Tiger Muay Thai and Mixed Martial Arts training centre in the town of Chalong.

It was a great experience to train with Muay Thai Champions, MMA fighters who have competed in the UFC and appeared in the UFC Ultimate Fighter TV series.

We took part in training in all the aspects of fighting and fitness conditioning offered at Tiger Muay Thai including Muay Thai, wrestling, BJJ, Muay Boran, Krabi Krabong, circuit training and yoga.

Training with champions such as Ray Elbe, J.J Ambrose, Wiktor 'The Slayer' Svensson, Junie Browning.

A great experience.
